1. No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of our products and services, including medical treatments and health related products, the right of withdrawal (cooling off period) does not apply once an order has been placed and/or the service has started.

2. No Returns
We do not accept returns of any products. This includes, but is not limited to, medical products, treatments, and prescription related items, due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.
3. No Refunds
All purchases made through Ozemstore are final and non refundable. No refunds will be issued once payment has been completed.
4. Medical Assessment & Approval
All treatments are subject to a mandatory medical intake and approval by a licensed professional.
- If you are not approved, no treatment will be provided.
- In such cases, Ozemstore reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We may request photo evidence and will assess the issue. If validated, we will provide a replacement where appropriate. Refunds remain excluded.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

- We may suspend or block future access to our services
